“Actually I just thought I should probably tell you about this issue because drivers are so unfriendly and unwilling to offer any help in emergencies!

I believe other passengers have similar experiences!

We actually followed this page and took the bus to and from Calgary and Banff multiple times! I have to say that Banff is really beautiful and the people here are also very nice and friendly! 

But when we returned we were a minute late (actually it should have been less, I believe so ) due to traffic jams caused by Christmas events and we called several times in advance to ask the driver for help and guidance. For example, if you are 5 minutes late, can you wait for us? The answer is NO! Later, we were only one minute away from arriving at the designated pick-up location. When we called to ask for help, the answer we received was still rejection and a very rude attitude! Since there are no other vehicles returning, we beg the driver that we can pay extra if there are any related expenses! But the driver was very impatient and we watched him drive away!

When I explained to him very patiently and asked for possible help, he was very impatient!

He always said “STOP TALKING” “I don’t care about money” 

Although the experience was bad, we were thankful that we now had a driver from another company the next day! When we chatted with him and mentioned the unfortunate encounter, the driver expressed disbelief!
